Day 1: Transfer to Sipi falls
Transfer to Sipi Falls and Source of the Nile Experience: Our driving guide will pick you up and give you a briefing on your 2-day Sipi Falls safari, depending on where you are. Following the conference, you will begin your journey to Sipi, passing through the Mabira forest, and then go on to Jinja for a boat tour of the Nile’s source. You will visit Jinja town for lunch after the boat tour.
Sipi Falls Hike: After lunch, you’ll continue your approximately six-hour trip to Sipi Falls. Upon arrival, you will proceed to the hiking trailhead where you will get a briefing and walking sticks to use as assistance while trekking. At Sipi Falls, there are three waterfalls. Hiking to each waterfall offers a separate and distinctive experience, such as a nice breeze, views of Mount Elgon, the Karamoja plains, and Lake Kyoga, as well as a little cave where you may unwind. Depending on your level of fitness, the three waterfall hikes take around four hours. After the hike, you’ll go to the resort for supper and the night.

Day 2: Coffee plantation tour and transfer to Kampala
Coffee Plantations Tour: After waking up and eating breakfast at the lodge, you’ll be picked up by your driver-guide and taken to the coffee plantations, which are located on Mount Elgon’s lower slopes. The majority of coffee is Arabica, which is cultivated between an altitude of 1600 and 1900 meters. You may learn about the many steps involved in processing coffee, including picking, drying, roasting, and pounding in traditional mortars, among other intriguing experiences.
After the tour of the coffee farm, you will travel back to the resort for lunch before departing for Kampala. You will depart the hotel after lunch to begin your journey back to Kampala, where you will arrive in the early evening. Thus, the driver will drop you off at Entebbe International Airport or another convenient location.
